Timeline

  1. You should get a friend to co-host with you, (because one of you must talk to the guests you both can’t be shy people). There are many advantages to hosting with a friend including sharing the cost, pooling the necessary supplies (wine glasses, scissors, flashlights, etc.) and just having a good time together while you plan the party.

  2. Purchase a copy of this book: The Wine and Chocolate Evacuation Plan, and read it.

  3. A date for the party should be chosen and the invitations prepared. An outline for the invitations is available for printing at the end of this party plan. (These invitations have been designed to be used in a party activity. They will also be useful to each guest following the party.)

  4. Complete all th e party preparation activities listed below

  5. Go shopping for party and food supplies. A sample menu and a party supply list are included in the party plan.

  6. Practice with your 22steps party cards and poster boards at least once before the party.

  7. Have a glass of wine before your guests arrive.

  8. Have fun at the party!

  9. Clean up the next day.
